"Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern apartment with two balconies with a view of the mountains. Grocery store and Jumbo two streets down. Bus stop very close with buses taking you to Old Town and Amadoura beach. You can walk to Koules Fort and the Old Town by walking along the ocean too! I highly recommend this apart-hotel for a short or long stay for its great location, excellent staff and very comfortable furniture."

"Was just as good as the first time only better! Upgraded room this time very private and all the amenities. Mike again was a champ at the front desk and can not recommend this place enough!"

"It was a fantastic stay! Pros:- - The property is new and stylish. - Staffs are friendly and helpful, particularly Olga. Thanks to her and other staffs. - I had a rental car and the property offers free parking. - The mini market is only 2 mins walk from the hotel. - The Jacuzzi was another enjoyable feature! Cons:- None. *** So glad to have met the architect of the property, M. Manos Kalogerakis! Will definitely stay again!"

"We loved Lemon Garden! We stayed in the lemon house, it was bigger than we expected and full of amenities. It had so much charm! The outdoor space under the lemon tree was such a lovely place to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The host, Manos, was very quick to reply to our messages, and was absolutely delightful. We would definitely recommend it."

"The ground floor apartment has a courtyard and hotub. The suite was super clean. Both reception and cleaning staff were really helpful. There are shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The beach is about 30 mins walk away head to the port and walk right along the front. Would definitely book this property again"

"I really loved my stay at B&K Rooms. So much so, I went back a second time. The apartments are modern, super clean and quiet, and have nice balconies. I really appreciated having laundry facilities on-site, so I didn't have to schlep into town with my things. Also, the free city bus leaves from outside the nearby shopping centre. And the PIN code check-in is really convenient. Dimitra was so nice, and made me feel so at home, which I really appreciated as a solo female traveller. Would 100% book...

"The property was lovely; our room had A/C and a mini-fridge with a freezer, and the balcony had a drying rack with clothespins. The bathroom had a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer, too! Haroula is the best: friendly, always happy, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. She's our new good friend, and so are the people in all the stores, bars, and restaurants. "My husband and I have both traveled internationally but neither of us have ever experienced the type of gracious and considerate hotel staff. Each and every one we encountered was amazing. This was really proven when my husband, who has heart problems, had to be taken to the hospital. They arranged a car to take me (while my husband was in the ambulance) and deliver both of us back home upon release. This was our first visit to Crete, for our 30th anniversary and we could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. "

"We had an excellent 6 nights at Lato. The property is very well maintained. Someone is always cleaning! The breakfast is delicious with MANY items from which to choose! Staff is quick and attentive. We ate a few times in the hotel restaurant. Our meals were excellent. The wine list is short but selective and reasonably priced. The wait staff were highly attentive and professional. Their thoughtfulness added to the positives of our meals."
