"The house is just as pictured, beautiful and well makntained. The host was very accommodating. It is in a very quiet location. If you plan on touring Greece, You must have a car if you stay here. We didn’t have a car, but the caretaker Foti, took us to the store for groceries. Downside, we had to Uber everywhere! "

"Lovely large house with everything we needed as a big family. Great to have our own pool. Sweet and helpful hosts who had bought supplies for our arrival, including water, fruit, and breakfast. They also helped with car rental and transported us to shopping areas and the car rental location. We would definitely recommend renting the house. I would recommend renting a car at the airport, as the house is quite a distance from supermarkets and restaurants."

"Our family group of three adults and three kids loved staying in this house, which had a slightly quirky layout but some beautiful spaces and the bonus of an indoor pool to cool off in after hot days exploring Athens. The area is very interesting - lots of little bars and cafes around the place, and well off the tourist trail, but still within striking distance of Parthenon etc. We got cheap and easy Uber taxis but walking is possible too."

Not only was the place exactly as listed, the host was amazing! When we arrived she met us, complete with a welcome gift basket of local favorites and there were essential food items/condiments so that we could actually prepare food. Not only did she do this, but she also surprised my daughter with a birthday dessert! We loved this...

"The property is close to many beaches and many restaurants and shops. But, you will need a car. The pool is huge and the jacuzzi is powerful! The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. There are plenty of facilities in the property and it is well equipped. The broadband is excellent, which meant I could work when needed. That said, the mobile phone signal is very patchy, you will need WhatsApp or something similar."

"Plenty of room. Nice street but surrounding area a bit run down. Easy 25 minute walk to Acropolis. Good restaurants, supermarket and shops within walking distance. The indoor pool was a hit. The only real downside was that the shower was disappointing. "

"Villa Eva was just perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms roomy with lots of storage and dining outside with a sea breeze couldn’t be beat! The bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Sophia was amazingly helpful and attentive to all our needs and concerns."

"I rented this property with a group of friends to stay while we were visiting athens. Overall it is a nice place to stay at, but it comes with a little bit of hiccups. Finding transportation is tough and takes you a while to connect with an Uber or Beat. Katerina was a good host but at some points had strange requests from us such as paying an upfront cash security deposit (which I later confirmed with Vrbo is not part of her rights). "This hotel had exceptional service and everyine was very professional! Once we called to ask about the times of one of their restaurant hours, they answered that and in additional offered to make a reservation for us. We felt like celebrities for our honeymoon. We had exceptional fresh fish option for one of tge breakfast buffet options. And once they became aware of our honeymoon, they gave us champagne. We would definitely visit again once we go back to Athens in the future."

"Rooms were small, just large enough to walk around the bed but with good sized bathroom with plenty of room. Very soft and very comfortable mattress. No AC. Fan only blows warm air, even when set on fan only. Noise from the main road is very loud on the street side but the view from this side is great and the noise is slightly noticeable on the opposite side but the view is non-existent. The shower head is good for people under 6 ft. The breakfast is one of the most comprehensive "free" breakfasts I have ever had. The staff are very kind and helpful everywhere in the hotel. Within walking distance of the acropolis area. Very convenient! "
