Villa Enrica , a splendid Ligurian-style property, has been totally and recently renovated, is the ideal structure in which to spend holidays in total privacy and relaxation, it is in fact located within a private context just a few minutes' drive from services, the sea and the center city.


EXTERIORS 

Villa Enrica is a single Ligurian style villa completely and recently renovated , several parking spaces are present in the access courtyard. The garden is cared in every detail, lawn and various flowers help to make the outdoor spaces of this property truly unique. The external part is furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor sofas and a splendid dining area with arbor and barbeque.

The terrace serves the living area and is the ideal spot for breakfast in the morning. The garden and the swimming pool are meticulously cared for by our maintainer.



INTERIORS

The property has recently been renovated and is divided over three levels as follows: on the ground floor there is a lounge area with a fantastic corner bar to enjoy the summer evenings, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and direct access to the well-kept garden with a view of the Gulf, second bedroom with two single beds, large bathroom with shower and Turkish bath, very useful laundry room.

On the intermediate floor there is the living area with a beautiful terrace, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, finally on the top floor we find another sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with garden view, master bedroom with study and sea view, two complementary bathrooms both with shower.
