"It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/...

"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"Stayed here after our 17k hike from Snezka mountain and it was the best decision we could have made. Extra comfy bed with luxurious bathroom was exactly what we needed. We didn't bring our puppy with us but I was extremely pleased how welcome the dogs were at the hotel after seeing quite a few of them there."

"The staff at this hotel are professional and very helpful. Evening waiting staff in the restaurant were outstanding, as was the Chef who produced fabulous evening meals. Hotel was clean - the only disappointment was that the bathroom extractor fan didn't work, so very warm air entered the bedroom. Also, the shower curtain was old and not pleasant to use - shower curtains should be obsolete in good hotels! The safety handle above the bath was loose.
