"Property located the old town square in Prague, perfect location for walkable to most of places, lots of options for food, very nice place, the only issue for us was we left the hotel few messages before we get there, we didn’t get reply, had to call on arrival to get the info we need. But overall we are happy for our stay, we had a great time. Thank you!"

"I would give it a 5 stars BUT. it’s the hotel without reception only with self checking kiosk. So if you have an issue with check in application, in our case it was frozen on one page, you are actually stuck without help. And as a tourist that just arrived to Czechia I did not have local provider to make a call. So literally you are alone with the comp that at that moment didn’t work. It should be solution for such cases. "
