"This place is a scam. There is no reception, just a half broken locked door. Looking in from the outside, the place looks abandoned. There is a phone number you can call, but they refuse to answer your calls no matter how many times you call (and the phone rings, so you know your call is getting through). cheap (and nasty)

"Like student accomodation but it is very cheap. It costs £30 / for 2 people to stay here for 1 night - it costs £15 for my dog to stay in his boarding kennel, so exactly the same. I also paid more for a breakfast in a different hotel in Torun. It is very cheap but it is basic - it has a bed, toilet, shower and TV but that is about it."
