"Staff were amazing. Friendly & Helpful. Facilities are great and well cared for, clean and maintained. Food was excellent, great variety. Staff throughout the resort as well as restaurant staff were helpful, polite and very ontop of everything. Really a great place to relax and enjoy and feel you're getting value for your money. Thanks for making a relaxing and enjoyable experience"

"Rooms need better maintenance, and cleaning... We had some problems- no key to the room, TV was not working. It took some time till they took care of it. we got instructions for check in via WhatsApp, which was fine if everything worked perfect... The View is great, also breakfast was good and homy"

"I enjoyed that the hotel was right on the beach and promenade. The place was clean and overlooked the ocean! We had some difficulties and the staff quickly resolved them. It was a little tricky to get into the apartment because the elevator needed a fob and we weren't told about that. There was one left in the room., so that was good. "
