The center of Zinnowitz with shops, restaurants and cafes is within walking distance. The sandy beach and the Baltic Sea are about 800m (10 minutes), the pier of the seaside resort can be reached in about 15 minutes. Sauna, relaxation room and small swimming pool on the ground floor of house 1 can be shared free of charge. Bicycle storage, table tennis room and laundromat on the ground floor of the house.

The bright and friendly 3-room apartment has a size of 58 m² and can be occupied by up to 4 people.
