"Renovations are going on at the hotel, but that didn’t negatively affect our stay. The facilities are very nice. Made to order breakfast (complimentary) and Grill were both good. We paid up to have a patio suite. Made it easy to take our dog in and out. We were not fans of the hotel parking charge. But other hotels we stayed at in California seem to do the same thing. "

"Staff at the property were well trained but the staff at the spa were not at the same level. Think it is not operated by Fairmont and it shows in the service and cleanliness. It is pretty expensive for a poor experience. People that came in after us decided to leave as it did not “meet the experience they were looking for” Restaurant food was excellent.
