"The staff spoke good English and were very helpful in guiding us to the local train station. They also helped us in advance to get a taxi for the airport and packed us a breakfast bag for my husband and me. Furthermore, their breakfast was amazing! "

"It was difficult to find the hotel. We came in at night and the sign is very small. Otherwise our stay was fantastic!"

"The hotel room is very clean and spacious. The room is stocked with supplies and you don't have to ask for it. Toothbrush, 3in1 coffee, etc. There was a heat towel rack but I couldn't figure it out how to operate it. The curtains are even power operated. A nice stay and convenient for airport transfers. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I had a really nice reset there. There's even an elevator. I used Uber to take me to the airport with no issues- just plan ahead of time bc it does take the drive about 15 min to get it. Also, The buffet at Mr. Liao is very good coming from a person that avoids buffets. I'm ready to tackle the rest of my Euro travels! Thanks team Liao!! Oh, the only thing that bugged me was that the bolt lock from inside the room did not work... But it was only accessible through the electronic key card. "

"Six big pluses for me. 1. A 20 minute drive from Vienna airport. 2. Efficient air conditioning (36° outside...) 3. Small fridge 4. Parking 5. Breakfast 6. Food and beer on site. If you are into tennis, that might be a seventh plus ;-) Nice staff. My room was completely ok. A bit of climbing to get there, but I got nice help with my luggage. Quiet."

"Let me start with the only negative: the breakfast was cold. The boiled or fried eggs and sausages were cold (you would expect warm but no, cold) . If you want something warm for breakfast, I’d recommend going to nearby cafes. But the dining room’s atmosphere is amazing! The unique vibe and architecture make it unmissable. The interior design is fantastic. It really changes your mood when you walk in. The room’s furniture is a mix of old and modern pieces but the beds are comfortable. I’m not sure if “dated” or “antique” is the right word to use. the bathroom was large, airy and better than many 5-star hotels. The staff were lovely, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and responsive. If you’re driving, I recommend using their secure car park (just talk to the reception staff). There are nice cafes and a Tesco nearby. The city center is lovely, and the hotel is right in the heart of it. It’s a great location to explore the city. "
