There was no advance checkin email from the owner Guillermo the owner so we had to email Travelocity mid trip to get this info and then he responded. Our taxi driver got lost and couldn’t find the apt and Guillermo waited for us until we arrived even though he doesn’t live in Zih, which we appreciate as we didn’t get there till evening. However the lock to the gate to get into the property didn’t work properly and we were constantly fighting to get out and in which was frustrating when coming home late from an evening out but was finally fixed. The room itself was recently renovated and we appreciated that there was NO mould or mildew, however the room is MUCH smaller than it appears in the picture so we were glad we only spent 3 nights there. Barely enough room to move around. The air conditions worked well and 2 small bottles of water were supplied as well as thick towels, even though they were not soft and the hand towel was stained yellow.
