Very Disappointed!
We cut our losses and left the next morning! We lost put in 3a nights paid but you could not pay us to stay another minute. The pucutes on line are false. We booked a kitchenette room, they said they had none but when I looked around there was one room that looked similair to the one photo posted on line. It was dirty, no phones, no closet, A/C barely worked, located in a very sketchy area, door was uneven, door panels not secure, pool dirty, view from room was of a roof with garbage on it. Don't go here.

Was concerned about my safety as there were long cracks in the door which you could see light through in at least 3 places. Also, you were able to open the window by simply siding it to one side. Changing of linens and soap only happened once during my 4 day stay, nor did I receive any shampoo or conditioner as expected. Air conditioner could not be turned on or off from my room. However, the staff was always very helpful.

No me gusto el Hotel, por el precio resulto caro para la calidad de la habitación, el baño muy pequeño, no tiene línea telefónica, NO HAY ESTACIONAMIENTO EL AUTO QUEDO EN LA CALLE.. Tiene buena ubicación, es limpio y los empleados son uy amables. Tiene WIFI, TV por cable.

Me cambiaron de hotel los de expedia, no habíamos reservado en este hotel, decepcionante, además de feo y viejo, no hay gente que atienda, estuvo en construcción y ni agua caliente tuvimos. Nadie vaya nunca

llegue al hotel y no habia nadie despues de 15 minutos llego una persona que no sabia nada... y que el hotel ya estaba lleno y no le habian dicho nada de ninguna reservacion, por lo que me quede en otro hotel.

La peor pocilga llamada hotel
No es un hotel, son unos cuartos con ventana a un pasillo, el baño sin ventilación, la elberca es un hoyo forrado en un cuarto, la comida de noche son unos tacos de la calle que se ponen frente a la puerta de este lugar llamado hotel, su dizque estacionamiento es a una calls en lavado de autos y el coche se encierra y ya no sales, si preguntas tarifa directamente te cobrarian en 31 de diciembre $600.00 neto, a mi en expidia me cobraban la noche 2400.00 con impuestos. Es un robo.

Pésimo hotel
Pésima experiencia. Deberían evaluar los hoteles antes de publicarlos, me pareció excesiva la tarifa $ 230 USD por un hotel que no tiene llega ni a una estrella. Por supuesto que en cuanto o vi tuve que pasar una noche porque no tuve alternativa, pero al dia siguiente a primer hora sali corriendo de ahi.

muy mala experiencia
muy mala contrate con la agencia expedía y fue un fracaso no encontré nunca el plan que me vendieron ademas de carisimo el hotel no tiene nada que ver con las fotografías que aparecen y menos con los servicios, ademas no es para nada serio ni confiable ya que salimos y cuando regresamos ya nos habían cambiado de habitación yo me pregunto donde queda tu privacidad ya que estas personas movieron nuestras cosas personales no sabes si fue un hombre o quien estuvo tocando tu ropa interior tus artículos personales,tenga cuidado al hospedarse y también al contratar con esta empresa de viajes ya que te cobran por adelantado.
