"Before booking I read some mixed reviews so was a bit unsure what it was going to be like. But for our part everything was good. I think it is more about managing expectations. The hotel is in a less developed part of Senegal/West Africa and as such, one cannot expect the same standards as Kenya or South Africa. But with this in mind. Everything was good. Comfy bed and good food. I can recommend the beef brochette with Roquefort sauce... Yummy..."

"Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful environment, well tended gardens full of colourful flowers. Staff were friendly and attentive. On the downside there were renovation works going on, resurfacing the paths and steps. Work started early in the morning so the experience was less restful than expected. This is the reason we could not rate the hotel higher. Other than that everything was good"
