"We enjoyed our stay immensely! The apartment was extremely clean, modern, and well equipped. We felt very much at home and could easily relax and unwind. Sophie and Denis were so welcoming and helpful with numerous ideas of places to go. The sole problem was that a week was simply not enough time to do all that we wanted in this beautiful region. We look forward to our return next year!"

"We stayed here because of the 4/ 5 star rating reviews , for us it did not stand up to portrayed as that. The veranda is very nice , but the bedrooms and bathroom has no natural light. Sophie and Denis are very nice hosts , and will help you in any way they can . The village of ASCAIN is very good for numerous walks , and you have a good choice of bars and restaurants , which is 5mins by car , and the coast is not too far away. The goats and chicken are lovely"

"Nous avons passé trois belles semaines à Cambo. Un environnement incroyable. Le logement est au top, avec sa petite terrasse et son espace vert pour se prélasser au soleil après la cure ou les visites. Au calme et à 5mn du centre de Cambo. Il est très fonctionnel, bien équipé avec beaucoup de rangement. La piscine en plus. Danièle, la propriétaire est très sympa et réactive aux demandes. Nous recommandons +++. Corinne et Michel"

"Appartement parfait, le cadre, la vue, la piscine et la situation où tout peut se faire a pied est idéal. Il manque vraiment un lave linge quand on y reste 15 jours… vu les prestations il est dommage de devoir aller à la laverie. Les ados ont adorés la piscine !"

"The property is rustic French and was perfectly OK in that milieu, but the external features were disappointing. The hedges were not cut and we’re untidy. The grass surrounding had not been cut and it generally did not look as smart as the web images suggested. I enjoyed my visit and as a pied-a-terre it was fine, but the owners need to improve the exterior. Having said all that I enjoyed my stay and only mention these concerns to help the owners."

"D'abord, il a fallu contacter le propriétaire pour connaitre l'adresse de la location? De plus, le couloir donnant accès n'est pas éclairé, d'ou pb pour ouvrir la porte. Ensuite, le chauufage de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas (pas de notice).La TVest tombée en panne au bout de 2 jours et il a fallu que j'en achète 1.Le plus "nul": il était fait mention d'un jardin!! Il existe mais est innaccessible car non entretenu (herbes hautes). En qq mots, cette location ne vaut pas le prix demandé....

"This house is incredible. I've never stayed in a place as beautifully crafted and in such a beautiful rural setting. We cooked 4 nights as well and found the kitchen and outdoor grill to be well stocked. Our group was a family of 4 - kids were 18 and 14 years old. During our 5 nights stay we visited the nearby French Basque towns (including Espelette), we day-tripped to San Sebastian, went to Bayonne, Saint Jean de Luz, and Hendaye. Really fun week!"
