"The selling point of this place is its location from where you can walk 15 minutes up a small hill to see Alishan sunrise. This advantage may be the disadvantage the same time, because for these tourists who come to Alishan first time, transportation between the Alishan park entrance (the transportation hub) and the hotel is a little bit confusing. This hotel is half hour bus-driving from the entrance and you must pre-book the hotel shuttle to pick you up at the bus station. "The thermal spas are amazing. Although the outdoor one for us was closed for the two days for cleaning. Overall the hotel outside of the thermal spas is very dated and not the cleanest. we had some holes in linen and it was all a bit grimy. The staff were lovely and the food was great. "

"Super convenient location for alishan train, night market and tourist attractions. The hotel only owns a couple floors of the building so you share the lift with other businesses to reception. They have internal lifts to the rooms itself. The entrance itself looked dodgy but when you get to the reception floor it looked like a nice place to stay at. Super good value stay. "

Tienen bicicletas en renta gratis dentro de la propiedad pero no es nada conveniente porque todo el camino son colinas y cuesta mucho manejar bicicleta. Casi no hay restaurantes ni tiendas alrededor. La estancia es silenciosa y el desayuno bufete fue lo mejor! Nos ha encantado. El personal te ayuda a pedir un transporte para llevarte a la estación. Volvería a quedarme ahí pero esta vez pidiendo ayuda para conseguir transportes y llevando comida desde antes al hotel. La habitación es dentro de una casa con cocina compartida. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño. Buena experiencia. "
