"Tired hotel held together by some great service, Bob is an absolute star and some others try very hard. Cost cutting measures were reflected in the lack of a club lounge, non existent pool boy, poor quality food and poorly maintained facilities. Actually we spent most of our time in Wulingyuan. It's a small town, center to all the tourist attractions except for Tianmen Mountains. At night, the town is full of life. There are bars, food, shopping areas and cultural shows (tickets needed).

I will visit again in 10 years - hopefully some of the bigger luxury resorts will have opened here by then.
