Very friendly receptionist. Very helpful as well. She did her best to give us information about the Zhangjiajie Park even if she does not speak English (we don't speak Chinese). Hotel close to the central bus station. It takes 1 hour to go to the Zhangjiajie Park. The Family Room (for 3 people) was small but clean. Hotel located in an area where there are a lot of hotels and big blocks of flats. It was noisy during the night.
