"Very nice place "

"Lovely new construction hotel where an old palace once stood. Very modern appointments and rooms. We prefer a bit more charm and historical reference but can see the appeal of this place. The food was great but dining room and common areas very stark. Nowhere to really relax or unwind which resulted in an early departure. The room with large windows was beautiful but definitely in need of proper bedside lamps. It was either overhead fixture or reading spots. No elevator or bell service so best...

"Hotel is on outskirts of town and is mainly a resort with cabins and basketball courts and a small sandy beach on lakeside. Area is beautiful but for a "business" traveler this hotel doesn't offer. WiFi poor. Room small and there was two single beds in my room which were fold up beds that were so low to ground its difficult to get up from. "Wonderful! Their spa/water facility , esp hot tub to rest my tired body & was such a blessing that evening after walking for 5 hrs at the Malbork Castle on the same day. "I spent two nights in this hotel, what can I say? the hotel it's very clean, decorated with taste, the service it's friendly and helpful it is a pity that the restaurant is open only for breakfast, and then closed, but I understand perfectly well that it is because of the crisis. Just like the spa - yes, the sauna is open, but the previous beauty salon is also closed. I wanted a manicure and pedicure, but unfortunately it was no longer on offer.
