"Hotel is smth out of this world: amazing territory, style of the rooms, food… It’s tte best hotel we stayed in. Food: main restaurant has so many food options, it’s impossible to try all. And every time the chef welcomes you at the entrance.. Rooms: we stayed in deluxe rooms - we had jacuzzi, access to the swimming pool. "I wouldn't rate this hotel 5 star I don't know how did they get 5 stars should be 3 or 4 max Food was good, but shower was very low presure, fridge didn't work we ask them to fix a few times but they never did. Service was poor if you needed anything you have to ask 3 or times to get it for you. "

"This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep.
