This hotel was amazing! The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and the room was clean and the bathroom had a nice tub. The room had a big patio, and the facilities ( sauna, steam room) were great!

Beautiful clean room. Delicious breakfast included. The wifi was terrible. It basically could not connect in our room. The only solution staff had was to use the wifi in the lobby. When you’re travelling from another country wifi is a must for planning travel and it is more relaxing to do this in your pjs in bed.

We loved our stay at Hotel Bristol. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adorable and had a phenomenal view of the Matterhorn. Everything is within walking distance but you can easily get a cab or bus. The morning we left, the hotel had a complimentary cab for us! We would stay here again without hesitation.

It's a fantastic little hotel, location was great, staffs were friendly, especially Karolina. We enjoyed our stay at Zermatt, woke up to the beautiful view of golden Matterhorn. Will definitely be back if we ever visit Zermatt again.

Highly recommended. Staff was great, food was great, comfortable room and ease access to to chair lifts, hiking trails, shops and restaurants. They even made a bag breakfast the night before we left as we were leaving early and would miss breakfast. We had a lovely stay here! Very convenient location, especially if you want to view the Matterhorn 😎 The staff are nice & the breakfast is very delicious (among all the numerous choices, the breads are really the best!
