Just minutes from Stateline NV Casinos, Heavenly Village, shopping, skiing, Zephyr Cove and Nevada Beach area. Hiking and biking trails.
With stunning unabstructed panaramic views of Lake Tahoe and the snow capped Sierra Nevada you can watch a gorgeous Tahoe sunrise from the deck with a cup of coffee, or glowing mountain sunset with a glass of wine. We are fortunate to have one of the absolute best Lake Tahoe views in the area. A true mountain getaway.

We have all new modern black stainless appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops in the kitchen and hardwood floors throughout. Large granite island with seating for four, perfect for gathering while cooking or recreating. Vaulted woodbeam pine paneled ceilings. Expansive kitchen and living area with large picture windows and sliding door that opens to the deck, showcasing exquisite views of sparkling Lake Tahoe and surrounding mountains.

Large 60 inch TV and Sonos sound system. Realistic log gas fireplace. Newly installed air conditioning that can be controlled individually in each bedroom.

We provide a complimetary welcome of coffee, tea and small snacks.
The kitchen is stocked with misc spices and condiments. Coffee maker/ground or beans. Toaster, rice cooker, blender, air fryer, waffle maker, and KitchenAid mixer. A full service of dinnerware. Mixing, serving and baking dishes. Nice pots and pans.

Full size Pool table and numerous boardgames, books of local interest and some snow play/sleds provided. Spa and beach towels/chairs, umbrella, ice chest also provided.

There is a washer and dryer located on the first floor. On the third floor deck there is a gas grill as well as a gas firepit.

Outside our door you will find paved hiking and biking trails through the pines that lead to a little wood bridge with a lovely little creek running beneath it.

We are located just minutes from Stateline NV Casinos, beachs, Edgewood Golf, skiing, sledding and snowmobiling. Tahoe Events Ctr. Heavenly Village and Gondola, shopping and dining.
Children are fine, however not recommended for toddlers, as there are open three story stairways.
Garage parking for one car. Reserved parking for a second vehicle.
The association has a seasonal pool, hot tub, saunas. Pickleball, basketball, ping pong and more.

Now for the rules. It is a County requirement for VHR's to be licensed. If you rent anywhere in Tahoe you have them. They protect you and us. Thank you, and please take a minute to read the following.

Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced."
