"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. "The castle and its park are beautiful and the property is extremely quiet. We enjoyed the great breakfast buffet. Not so good was the restaurant (we ordered a package with a three course dinner). The waiter was not well trained, the menu card showed a different dessert than we were served. The food itself was ok. "

"Very nice venue with heaps of historical cachet, richness and boiseries. The staff, at the restaurant and reception were very helpful. Despite a busy evening, we were able to get a table for diner in a nice setting. Have to say that our first room was too noisy being close to the elevator and transit hallway (Newest soundproofed doors would solve the problem?) "We loved our stay at the Tuchmacher. The area is very lovely in the old town of the city and everything is within walking distance. Housekeeping was on point. Please note, that no coffee machine or ironing board and iron were in the room. We would definitely stay again at the Tuchmacher."

"We stayed 3 days at the Trixi Park and we were lucky that the weather was glorious and hot. The swimming lake is excellent and the kids loved the slide and diving boards. "We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Quick check in. Clean room which was warm in winter. The room was well cleaned. The only downside (someone already wrote about it) the toilet is very close to the sink. At night it was quiet and we slept well. Now about the pool - it is super. "One of my favorite. This rental was like staying in a museum. The owner deals in antiques. It is in the country/small town and no traffic noise. But, it is convient to visit lots of interesting places. I hope to return some day."
