The newly furnished apartment with a size of 77m² invites with its cozy ambience and the two balconies, a feel for the good. Here you can switch off the stress of everyday life and feel comfortable in a pleasant atmosphere. For families with children is taken care of, a beautiful playground is located within the complex. The upper floor with two bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower and toilet, offers another balcony, where you can comfortably end the day. In the cold season, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth.
