Zell am See: Ski in - Ski out, modern, very comfortable apartment block "Sunny", 3 storeys. 5 apartments in the residence. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 10 m from the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 1.5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "71" 400 m. Golf course (36 hole) 7 km, gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski rental 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe 10 m, Kitzsteinhorn 11 km, Saalbach Hinterglemm 20 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 2 km. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing. Check-in is in the apartment house Emma Deluxe (Fürth 153, 5721 Piesendorf). Late arrivals only possible by prior arrangement. Use of the sauna is charged at 30€ per hour/per apartment.

Wir waren super begeistert. Es war alles wie beschrieben, modern und super sauber. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Blick auf die Schmittenhöhe und es war sehr schön ruhig. Das Objekt ist eines der letzten Häuser am Berg und daher optimaler Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. Die Seilbahnstation und Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mit der Gästekarte kann man kostenlos Bus u. Bahn fahren. Wir haben dieses Angebot gern genutzt. Man sollte allerdings schon gut zu Fuß sein. Lebensmittelgeschäfte findet man genügend unten im Ort. Frische Backwaren und eine kleine Auswahl für's Frühstück bietet der Brötchenlieferservice. Für Familien gibt es ein sehr gutes Angebot an Ausflugszielen in der näheren Umgebung. Sicher auch im Winter eine Reise wert. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
