Divided over 2 levels, the holiday apartment offers 2 separate bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite, of which 1 bathroom has a private sauna. Both bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms lead directly into the garden.
On the upper floor there is the spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table for up to 6 people and living area with TV and sofa (pull-out).

In summer, head for the cool water - the lake is not far away, numerous hiking routes can be started directly from the accommodation and the 36-hole leading golf club Zell am See-Kaprun is 10 minutes away by car.
