The ski lift "CityXpress" can be reached after only about 200 m, this takes you up to the Schmittenhöhe. The perfect starting point for a winter or summer vacation. The lake and the city center are also just a few minutes walk away.

For the penthouse is a space in the carport and an outdoor parking space available. In the basement there is a general laundry room with washing machine.
You can store your skis and mountain bikes in the storage room, there is also a ski boot dryer.

The exclusive 2-storey penthouse with its 165 m² offers space for up to 6 people and is divided as follows:

- Entrance area with storage room
- 1 bedroom with double bed, and bathroom (shower and toilet), exit to the balcony
- 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom (shower, bathtub and WC)
- 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom (bathtub and WC), exit to the balcony
- Each bedroom has its own TV

In the attic an absolute highlight awaits you! The spacious and open living area with modern kitchen and balcony leaves nothing to be desired. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the mountains!
For relaxation, a private sauna is at your disposal.
A guest toilet and a separate TV room with sofa is also located on this floor.

The house can also be rented as one unit. The 2nd apartment on the ground floor also accommodates up to 6 people.

Stunning and huge apartment
Wonderful 3 bed apartment - its massive, much bigger than we expected. Superbly equipped with sauna and cinema room, laundry etc. Perfectly located just 2 mins from the ski lift and near centre of town. The balcony gets the sun all day long which is another added bonus. A really special property. Would definitely book again. Some better instructions on how to use the cooker/sauna would be helpful. Plus the curtains could do with blackout curtains behind them for light sleepers! Other than it was perfect.
