"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. "After reading some reviews from the summer I wasn't holding up much hope. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It's slightly confusing on arrival maps says it's on your right. As you come over the bridge it is on the right but you need to turn left to go under the bridge to get to the carpark. Check in was easy and the lady was very friendly. The hotel is quirky as it's a sports centre too. Some corridors are quite dark. We booked for the pool and it looked lovely unfortunately our kids...
