"The holiday home is very spacious and well equipped. Matresses are quite thin and hard, but OK for a short stay. Sheep and dogs in the vicinity of the house might wake up light sleepers, as well as the hot air balloons and light air craft that fly around Trosky castle in the early morning. The view from the house is wonderful. Firepit in the garden is great for a stay with children. No WiFi, but washing machine is available. House stays comfortably cool in summer. The location is great for those who like nature and don't mind a bit of a drive. Nearest shops are about 15 minutes away, restaurants about 10 minutes. Main sights in Bohemian Paradise are within 30- to 45- minute drive away. Excellent hiking nearby (Hrubá Skála); canoeing/river swimming (Malá Skála); Prachovské skály (Prachov Rocks); Prague is an hour's drive. Nice modern open-air public swimming pool in Turnov."
