"The hotel is very nice - the facilities are new and very well maintained, rich and varied breakfast. Excellent facilities - sauna, swimming pool, spa. The **** designation is well deserved. Negatives - poor accommodation in building 5. Poorly furnished apartment, cold in the room - lukewarm radiators, cold floor with no possibility to warm up. "The castle and its park are beautiful and the property is extremely quiet. We enjoyed the great breakfast buffet. Not so good was the restaurant (we ordered a package with a three course dinner). The waiter was not well trained, the menu card showed a different dessert than we were served. The food itself was ok. "

"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."
