"The Loox was a great experience. Easy check-in and check- out. Very centrally located in the lower town and easy walking distance to the upper town. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zagreb. "

"It took a little bit of time to find fhe place and get check in instructions, but in fairness, we only booked a few hours before arrival. The host was very accommodating and the room was great. Recommend."

"Beautiful hotel with an interesting history. Rooms and service were both excellent, it’s a short walk to the shopping area or outside restaurants. Restaurants in hotel were very good, with a wonderful bar area. "

"This is a great hotel and the staff are lovely! Trying to access the lobby for check in was difficult with the streetcars and traffic out in front…very intimidating for foreigners. Once the parking is located, it is easy and safe to get to the hotel and to your room. Directions to the underground parking should be emphasized. "
