"From the moment we entered the hotel and smelt the alpine essential oils, we knew we had made the right choice. We arrived before our check-in time and the lovely people at reception (extremely informative and attentive) went out of their way to allow us to check in early so we could see the incredible sights of Bled as soon as possible. When we checked in, we received a €10 voucher each towards any treatment worth €80 or more. Our lake view room was very well equipped (only missing an iron)...

"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top...
