- Communal Pool: Guests have access to a communal pool and sunbeds, located one floor above the ground level. Please note that the pool area is accessible only by stairs. The communal pool is situated in the North Block of the buildings, so guests staying in the South Block will need to cross the road to access it.

- Parking:Secure underground parking is provided, with direct internal access via passenger lifts and stairwells. Please note that only one parking space is available per apartment, and the garage is located on the North Block side.
