"Perfect location for exploring the old town. Breakfast is in a restaurant nearby, not the residence - a nice breakfast menu and reasonably priced. Rooms were warm, well maintained and well equipped. The nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. Rooms comfortable and the convenience of adjoining doors meant that the one bedroom studio was a good size bedroom with en-suite and another room with small kitchen, beds and en-suite - perfect for 3 or 4 girls on a trip Staff friendly & helpful. "Very modern and clean property. High standard of cleanliness throughout. Room was lovely and spacious - complimentary Prosecco, soft drinks and water was a nice touch. Ample time to avail of breakfast with a good range of continental items on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel well situated and within walking distance of old town. Only downside was noise of tram passing at times. Highly recommend!"

"Great hotel in a great location. Easy walk from train station. Close to town square, sites and restaurants. Very noisy one night from kids on street emptying out of bars. Not their fault, just wished it hadn’t happened. Otherwise, great stay. "

"Absolutely no complaints about this property; less than 5 mins walk from main train station, 10 min walk to Old Town. Room was clean and warm, bathroom was spotless with immediate hot water. Our room was at the back of the property so was lovely and quiet. Breakfast is well worth the money ie huge portions. I'd recommend this accommodation and will stay here if I'm ever in Krakow again."
