Had a great fishing trip at this rental. Perfect cabin for a get away. Very quiet and relaxing. The host was great and very helpful. Will definitely be going back
We absolutely loved this place. Had an amazing time. The host were more than helpful. Everything we needed was provided. Very clean. And in an amazing location on lake sam rayburn.
Definitely will be back.
First time to come to Sam Rayburn and still caught some quality fish. Lake level was about six feet lower than normal but it was still a successful trip. The cabin was perfect and our host Becky came by and was very friendly and we even met some of her family and had a great visit. Already looking forward to making another trip
Everything was super clean, smelled great and beds were very comfortable. Can’t see water from cabin but very short walk to a beautiful water view with dock, my husband was able to dock boat and leave in water which was very convenient. Seating for dinner table is limited but there were chairs on porch. My family really liked it here and would come back.
Omg! I can’t love this place enough. It is in the perfect location, clean and the renters are so friendly. They really make you feel at home. This will be my go to place from here on out when we go fishing!!! I absolutely loved this place!! Not having to pick up the boat was amazing. Thanks Mrs Becky for everything y’all Did for us while we stayed!!!
Great little cabin. Well furnished. Very quiet area. My brother and I were fishing a tournament and we stayed 4 nights. We’re only at the cabin to sleep but loved the area and the house. The roads can be a little challenging if it’s raining. Roads dried out fast and we loved the location. Definitely off the beaten track. Sam Rayburn is a beautiful lake and everyone we met were very nice. Eagles nest is a good restaurant too. Will book again next year.
The property was very clean and nice. The first thing I noticed was how good it smelled when we opened up the cabin. It worked perfectly for our needs. It held my big truck and boat without any problems. The host was great to accommodate us and responded very quickly to my questions. Great experience and would recommend.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Smaller than it looks but clean
The cabin was fine but never got cold ac needs to be bigger or add another. It was an ok place but not ideal for swimmers...the kids caught zero fish but the water was really high. Better for a boat than bank fishing. All in all it wasnt terrible but wish it was a little closer to the water. Everything else was fine
Great experience from start to finish. Host very communicative, and hospitable.
The cabin was clean and perfect for what it is, A nice resting place after a long day of fishing.
One and only complaint (which is not the hosts fault) +/- 2 miles of unpaved road to get to cabin. Not a problem when not pulling the boat. Just makes for a long ride in and out while pulling boat.
Other than that or stay was fantastic.
The cabin was super clean and really nice!! We were really looking forward to using the boat ramp on the property and not have to leave the whole weekend but the weather was rainy and the lake was high so the boat ramp was under water and not usable. The rain and wet conditions made it very hard driving pulling the boat on the long dirt roads in and out to go to a usable boat ramp to fish. I think under sunny, dry conditions it would have been great there! No fault of the owners, just a bad weekend to go to the lake. We will try again under better weather conditions!!

Little house of horrors.
Need to let people know there is no phone service or tv service just dvd only. Outside was muddy with that black crush and run rocks. Neighbors was trashy.
