"Nice resort style hotel. Excellent pool. Close to zahara. Decent gym. Breakfast great. A couple of annoying things: 1. Parking cost 20 euro per day. This is a lot in my opinion. Plenty of parking options just outside of the hotel. No one mentioned the cost of parking to us on arrival. 2. Costs of drinks at the bar. A tiny bottle of water and a soft drink was 7.40. Feels expensive. The have “special” beds around the pool that are almost always empty yet they are taking a lot of prime space. Personally I am not a big fan of dividing hotel guests into different classes when all staying in the same hotel. But for some this might be a plus. Those are small things. Overall the hotel is lovely and rooms are decent size and the facilities are very good "

"I would highly recommend Hotel Convento Tarifa. It was recommend to us by a friend and it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked into the hotel we felt very welcome. Lulu was so nice and helpful with recommending places to see and where to eat depending on our likes. The room was very clean and comfy. Very close to the ferry to Morocco and the beach."

"I loved the quiet seclusion of the Dunas resort property. I didn’t realize it was so big with so many amenities. Unfortunately we were there on a Monday night when many of the dining options were closed. The grounds are beautiful with mature trees, flowers and various pathways that wind through the casitas. Easy walk to the beach. Wish they provided beach towels. Their little market was very convenient for small items like water or sunscreen. Otherwise, no complaints. "

"AMAZING 5 day stay! Absolutely beautifully decorated in Moorish style with incredible attention to detail! Eco friendly. THE BEST breakfast with a HUGE variety of fresh organic options. Beautiful roof top heated pool with loungers and stunning views of North Africa. Friendly, accommodating and attentive staff. Highly recommend and we will definitely return to this hotel when visiting this charming bohemian town!"
