Mountain Villa in Zarcero

Disconnect from your worries and the hustle and bustle of the city at this spacious, modern home. The accommodation is a serene space of fresh air and tranquility. It is located in a rural and mountainous area near Zarcero and has spectacular views.
The house is ideal for families and groups of friends, so it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can enjoy the terrace with panoramic views and a fireplace for BBQ.
It is close to the waterfalls and jungles in Bajos del Toro and the Poás Volcano.
The space
Scott and Rocío put at your disposal, for your use and enjoyment, when hiring a accommodation, our Mountain House in Zarcero.

The one-story house is fully equipped and accommodates up to 6 people.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living room, large kitchen, laundry room, garage, terrace/corridor and backyard with lawn.
The house is one-story and accessible to everyone, including for wheelchairs. The doors are wide and there are no stairs either inside or out.

EQUIPMENT: KITCHEN:

Equipped with side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, sink pile, microwave oven, conventional electric oven, toaster oven, and kitchen island with four chairs for dining area. Kitchenware includes three pots and three pans of different sizes, a coffee maker, and a blender. The dishes consist of large and small ceramic and plastic plates, soup mugs, glass and plastic glasses for water or soda, coffee mugs, silverware, serving spoons, and a variety of glassware for liquors, wine and beer. We also provide you with a small pantry with coffee, sugar, salt, oil and cooking condiments.

TERRACE and BBQ: The terrace is covered and features a wood-burning BBQ fireplace to share and enjoy a good stay, and all overlooking the backyard of the house, the beautiful views of the mountainous and green landscapes and agricultural fields, and most of all, the stunning sunsets. There are 4 coffee tables and a small table.

BEDROOMS: Main bedroom with queen bed and its own bathroom with walk-in closet. Two additional rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and library. The library has books for the use and enjoyment of the guests.
In addition to the bathroom in the main bedroom there is a second full bathroom.
All bedrooms have a large window. The master bedroom and library room have glass doors with terrace access.

LIVING ROOM: It is equipped with two large sofas, one three seater and the other two seater, 50 "TV screen with internet, Netflix and Prime Video. It has a large sliding glass door overlooking the terrace, and the mountains and agricultural fields.

LAUNDRY: Laundry is equipped with an automatic washing machine and a dryer.

GARAGE: Accomodates one vehicle. There is also outdoor parking for two more vehicles.

There is hot water in the two bathrooms and kitchen.

In the bathrooms there are cloths, toilet paper, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo and other amenities in the bathrooms.

There are good quality bedding, blankets and comforters.

INTERNET USAGE CONDITION: Before entering the house we will be sending you the internet access password, which you can use freely.

The whole house is on one level, completely accessible to wheeled silas and people who can't go up or down stairs.
All rooms in the house are available for Host use. These include the 3 bedrooms, closets, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, terrace, BBQ fireplace, backyard, garage and parking space in front of the house.
Other things to note
There is no air conditioning so the house is located about 2,100 meters above sea level and is not necessary.
It has a modern electric portable heater.

Contemporary home in the mountains
Very nice home. Hard to find, locals from grocery store drove to home, we followed after 1 1/2 hrs looking for home. We take responsibility for no cell service or wifi. Nicest people from store to help us.
