Semi-detached house with communal garden, with east and west orientations.

Egona Aresti is located in a very quiet residential area, 2 minutes from the golf course, the beach and the Hotel-Restaurant "Karlos Arguiñano".

On the ground floor there is the entrance hall with the stairs to access the first floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious and welcoming living-dining room with access to a terrace and the tranquil community garden. There is also the fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each and 2 bathrooms with bathtubs.Two of the bedrooms have access to the large sizeable west-facing terrace and the other a bedroom which overlooks the seascape and the golf course.

Wifi access

We can also offer a catering service. If on arrival you don´t fancy going out for a meal and prefer enjoying our service, we have plenty of different offers with finest local products. You will find an amazing dinner served just for you.

Any damage caused to the home, due to misuse, will be assumed by the client.

Convenient, Clean and Cozy!
We travelled with a group of university students and the size was perfect for our group! Multiple bathrooms and multiple beds per room definitely helped. You can hear the waves as soon as you open the door and step out into the street, totally dreamy. The walk to the beach takes less than five minutes. The walk to the train station takes less than five minutes. The kitchen is well appointed. Thanks for a lovely stay! The mattresses in a couple of the rooms could use an upgrade, they were a bit uncomfortable.
