"Very central hotel. Secure underground parking (for additional cost). A rather lovely traditional hotel with some lovely art deco elements. Spacious room at the front with balcony overlooking the stunning former market hall. However, this is currently undergoing extensive renovation. Great. It will be really beautiful I think. The building site is well managed. Work doesn't start until 07h45. No annoying reversing warning bleepers on the site vehicles. All good. Except, it was not...
