Our hosts were very helpful and responsive, and provided a great guide to local restaurants (almost all the food there is good, but it helps to avoid a couple of tourist traps) and to public transit (we ended up not using our rental car at all). "We chose this as a mid spot to access San Sebatian and Bilbao which it was good for. Lots of space but there was no wifi which came as quite a surprise. You really need a car to get anything or go anywhere. The train is right there but very long rides. Lots of windows but had to have all the blinds shut for privacy. Kitchen was missing a few important things but host was quick to help."

"I stayed with my family for 3 nights, 2 teenage girls and a boy, who slept on the sofa bed. It is recently remodeled, on top of a house, so there’s a staircase going up and down every time you leave and come back. If you don’t have mobility issues, the stairs are no issue at all, but if you have a lot of suitcases, check in and out will be a challenge.
