"We stayed in the Casita de madera for two months from January to March, i.e. during some of the coldest months of the year. The open fireplace contributes a lot to the cosiness factor but as a heating mechanism is not that efficient, so very glad there was also an electric radiator, which in the coldest weeks was struggling to keep us warm. The 7 bedrooms were perfect for us. 6 had AC, and there were 3 full baths. 2 on the first floor where only one bedroom was located, so it was nice to have 3 showers. "We expected the property to be a lot bigger and with much more light/windows as per the photo on the VRBO website. As it turned out, this was a much smaller, dark and rustic house. It is a typical old Spanish townhouse in a small village in a beautiful location. It is not a luxury place in any way. Everything is very old and dusty.
