"Absolutely amazing. We loved this hotel, so clean, in a good location. 100% best communication with the hotel regarding packing and self check in as we arrived after 10pm. We just love little qaint hotels. The room was a fair size and a wonderful confortable bed. Bathroom was a good size, with a good shower and products, so nice and warm as we came in November and December. Loved the Christmas decoration. All staff so nice and friendly. Scuff marks on the walls, stains on the towels and sheets, bed sheets that don't fit the beds properly (so they come off once in a while), bathroom door was bashed open so lock doesn't work, window does not close properly (but on 3rd floor so not a safety concern). "This was a charming studio that was well equipped and had a very firm but surprisingly comfortable bed. The tram runs right past the apartment but didn't keep us awake.
