"My main concern regards the staff. In my opinion they required more professional training. It’s not the first I’m staying in HbyH in Kalisz and it’s the same time of the year, public holiday. "The clerk was very nice but the room did not resemble the pics seen on Expedia-the carpet was extremely dirty and stained. Bedding and furniture appeared old. Ended up canceling the reservation immediately after seeing the inside."
