"Bonjour, L'appartement est très bien, très bonne prestation. Toutefois, étant situé au dessus de la pâtisserie cafétéria, la mise en œuvre a partir de deux heures du matin est assez pénible, de même a l'ouverture vers 7h, le tape-tape de la machine a expresso.... Donc pas calme pour dormir. Autre point négatif au niveau du manque de calme, la route très passagère. Difficulté d'échanges avec la personne de l'agence car ne parle pas anglais, ni français. "

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und für Wanderungen sehr zentral gelegen. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir regen an, die schon etwas älteren Matratzen zu erneuern. Auch wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die Wohnung im Herbst etwas geheizt werden könnte. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns aber recht wohl."

"We booked this place for a family of 5 plus two grandparents. The flat is really big but poorly laid out. It had four bedrooms but only one toilet, separate from the bathroom. It really needs another toilet, there is plenty of space! There was no book explaining how everything works, and the electricity cut out when we switched the cooker on, leaving us having to work out how to sort the fuse box ourselves. "In the small print of the description of these apartments it states that a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for cleaning costs. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible.
