"Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand...

"Though this may be a little out of the way, this is a wonderful place to stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very conveniently located by the bus stop. It has a full kitchen and space that would meet your needs. Our host were fantastic, Mireille and Raphael were awesome host. I highly recommend staying at their place"

"A spacious one bedroom apartment that was spotlessly, clean and very convenient for three adults The apartment was slightly difficult to find the first time but otherwise it was great Google maps is accurate for directions It was spacious for three adults with a full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker and kettle If needed, they also had an iron and ironing board The beds were comfortable and the bedding was good The Wi-Fi worked well It was quiet and we had very little noise. "Good, clean hotel across the street from train station. Helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast. Was a little hassle to park in front and unload luggage from the car- but that not the hotel fault. We should've come by train. "

"Excellent hotel, located not far from the lake and just minutes away from the train station. Spacious, calm, comfortable room with all the amenities. Access to the wonderful spa and fitness room. Delicious breakfast buffet with efficient, gracious staff ! Highly recommended if your budget allows."
