"The photos do not do this property justice. Its a lovely large secluded house in the middle of sunflower fields. The owners live next door and were on hand for anything we might need, but we didn't see or hear them unless we needed to. They were the perfect hosts. It was a great location for our extended family getaway. The pool was perfect and provided good shade for the children. There is a sandpit and a wooden lookout that are not pictured, but were a lovely surprise. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended. "

Spacious garden and house, even for 5 of us and the house could have still been comfortable with more people. Great location, close to shops etc., but still a quiet location surrounded by sunflowers. "We had two lovely week holiday at The Chai and cannot fault anything. Anne and her husband are the perfect hosts-friendly, welcoming and happy to provide ideas and advice for places to visit. They were always available but never intrusive. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was spotlessly clean. We loved the pool (it was an ideal temperature) and the plentiful children's games were a bonus. The garden was perfect for the children to play in too, enclosed and lots of space for them to run around. Have to mention the views and the beautiful sunsets as well! Highly recommend a stay here. "We arrived to a lovely welcome by Malcolm. The pictures were very accurate. The farmhouse was beautiful and rustic. The views were gorgeous. We had everything we needed for a group family stay. Shops weren’t too far away. Thank you Malcom it was fab. "

"We stayed for a week, 2 families (4 afults and 3 children), driving from the UK. A car is essential for exploring the area. We spent days by the pool, visited St Emilion (busy, beutiful, but get there early for easier parking - free roadside as you drive into the village). There isnt any air con, but 3 of the rooms are downstairs, which makes them very cool."

"We had a very lovely stay. The house was spacious with comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The pool was wonderful and we would recommend this property. More sun loungers and a parasol by the pool would have been great and we found the WiFi upstairs patchy. Franck and his wife were great and responded quickly to any messages both before and during our stay. "
