This holiday home is located directly on the seafront. Its location is exceptional. It consists of an entrance, a large living room opening onto a beautiful space equipped with a non-functional fireplace and opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, 3-burner induction hob). A first bathroom adjoins the kitchen. By taking the corridor serving the bedrooms, you can enjoy a first bedroom equipped with a bunk bed and a single bed. In the second spacious bedroom, a 160 bed and a pretty patio to enjoy moments of calm and relaxation. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a 140 bed and a bathroom, as is the fourth bedroom. A large garden is at your disposal and allows you to take full advantage of all the assets that this exceptional property has to offer. Leaving the garden, you can enjoy the magnificent seafront, these typical squares of the region and a breathtaking view of the ocean. Guaranteed to be loved! ATTENTION ! BOITE DE NUIT TRES PROCHE
Nous avons choisi cette location pour sa très proche proximité avec l'océan pour être au calme. Malheureusement, il n'est pas précisé qu'une "boîte de nuit bar restaurant "est mitoyenne du gîte. Donc difficile de profiter du calme du joli jardin et dormir avant deux ou trois heures du matin. Ceci est vraiment dommage car la maison est très agréable.
