"The hotel seems to be a bit old (was told over 20 years) but the staff were very friendly and helpful when we complained about the odor in the rooms. The hotel manager Brenda was very nice. She apologized and showed us other rooms that are clean and fresh. We switched to the new rooms and was happy about it. The staff in the restaurant, front desk , concierge were also very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied and pleased during the stay. "

Floor carpet have a big stain near my bed head board drawer (left side of the bed). No evidence that the room cleaner using Vacuum cleaner to clean the carpet (How I know it?
