"This place has such a beautiful garden. I enjoyed walking around flowers and greens. The property was well maintained and clean. I was a little disappointed that their cafe closed too early in evening. "

"Hotel has a transport service for Everland, and as this was the reason we stayed here, that was perfect. There’s not much public transport close, and the streets are very hard to navigate with a large suitcase. Helpful and friendly staff. "

"The property was quite old and run down but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. I guess this is one of the most famous ones. "

"직원들 서비스 너무 좋았어요 룸 컨디션도 훌륭하고 청결했어요 요청도 신속히 들어주셨어요 다만, 윗층인지 층간소음과 밖에 오토바이소리때문에 잠을 좀 설쳤네요.. 바닥이 마루라서 윗층 의자끄는 소리가 너무 시끄럽더라고요.. 다음에 또 이용할게요!! "

"Stylish hotel, it shows a bit of wear and tear but still very nice and classy. Unfortunately the sauna and bathhouse were closed - which is for us the most important feature in each hotel we go to. Pool is open only at certain times. "

"It’s brand new. Nothing is to be charged to the room. Everything in the building is separate entities. One restaurant was never open. Breakfast was cheapest hotel buffet I’ve seen, quality was above average, but worth the price. Air conditioning was off so the room was 80 Fahrenheit but they did bring a fan and we opened the 12th floor window for cool air. Very nice facility but left something to be desired. "친절하고 주차 서비스, 조식, 객실 내 청소 등이 만족했다. 온천수 덕분에 샤워도 좋았다. 하지만 호텔스 닷컴의 호텔 소개 사진에는 객실 내 전기주전자가 있었지만 실제는 없었다. 커피 한잔을 위해 1층으로 계속 내려가야 했고, 종이컵 등을 낭비하여 불편했다. 그리고 객실 내 수납이 부족하여 옷걸이 2개밖에 없어 옷이나 가방을 보관해야 할 곳이 없어 아쉬웠다. 쓰지 않는 컴퓨터 대신 수납하는 선반이나 작은 옷장을 설치된 객실이 따로 있어서 선택했으면 정말 좋겠다는 생각이 든다. 전반적으로 90% 만족한다."

"This hotel is more for a convention purpose. Not family friendly if you are traveling with kids. Also during the winter all the hotel rooms share the same room temperature which for my family was a bit too hot and stuffy. Found weird that we were not able to turn on the AC.
