"My friend came from Illinois and this was a first time to Lake Havasu for us both. The property was in fairly good shape. We did enjoy our stay, but there were a few things that needed attention such as more bath towels and washcloths, tub needs non skid strips as it was slippery getting in and out, comforters needed to be cleaned of "interesting stains" on it, needed a box fan for use on the covered patio, patio lighting needs attention as it flickered a lot, lack of shade on upper patio. "This was a perfect fit for us! The cottage had plenty of room for us (2). It was very comfortable, we had a little patio to sit outside, and a grill we could use.The host was very nice and very accommodating and we had access to the pool and hot tub. The host had 3 adorable dogs that would greet us. It was the PERFECT stay"
