"Our March stay was nice. The double room with shared bathroom was comfortable. It was quiet during the quiet hours. The flavoured water at the front was a nice touch. Check in was easy. Plenty of parking available. The downstairs lounge had comfy seats to lounge and hang out in. More guests should use the bath mats provided to keep the shower floors dry. The kitchen area and bathrooms are cleaned daily by staff."

"We enjoyed Skogar hostel! We arrived late after a hike and left early before a long commute to another glacier hike. The staff member checking us in was very friendly, the beds were more comfortable than we anticipated, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was an issue with one of the showers not properly functioning (no hot water and the faucet was wonky), but the other two of us showered fine. It is noteworthy that guests must strip their own linen in the morning and put them into laundry...

"Highly recommend! We absolutely loved the Garage! The surroundings were gorgeous, and it very easy to find. The property itself was spacious, spotless, well equipped and lovely as well! Check in was easy, and Anna, Siggi and Einar were very helpful both at check in and prior to arriving, sending detailed and helpful instructions.
